Scientific and technological innovation is an important index to measure the high-quality development of a region.Based on the China regional science and technology innovation evaluation report statistics from 2017 to 2023,the Fujian comprehensive technology innovation level in 2015-2021 was evaluated and analyzed,and compared with the data of the whole country and eastern 10 provinces,the gaps were summarized in the process of science and technology innovation and development.So,it is put forward for increasing R&D investment of the whole society,strengthening basic research,improving the mechanism of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,creating a good environment for scientific and technological innovation,and strengthening the high level of scientific and technological.
