In recent years,tourism has become an important engine to pull the economic development of Tibet.Based on Porter's Diamond Model,an empirical study on the factors influencing the international competitiveness of Tibet's tourism service trade through principal component analysis was conducted.The results show that the selected indicators have a positive impact on the international competitiveness of Tibet's tourism service trade.As a result,it is proposed to increase local financial support for the commercial service industry,vigorously improve the environment for tourism transportation,raise the scale and service level of the accommodation and catering industries,and attract foreign investment into the tourism industry of Tibet,with a view to improving the international competitiveness of Tibet's tourism service trade.
