摘要
绿色金融是为了赋能绿色发展、助力实现碳达峰和碳中和目标而诞生的一项重要举措,因此绿色金融的发展成为吉林省的焦点问题.从绿色保险、绿色投资、绿色信贷三个方面阐述吉林省绿色金融发展的现状.通过对吉林省绿色金融的研究,发现目前存在绿色金融法律法规还不够完善、绿色项目认定标准缺乏统一性、绿色金融激励机制需要进一步深化、绿色金融复合型人才尚显不足的问题.为此,提出完善绿色金融法律法规、统一绿色项目认定标准、深化绿色金融奖励机制、着力培养绿色金融复合型人才相关对策,助力吉林省实现生态环境与绿色经济的协调发展.
Abstract
Green finance is an important measure born to empower green development,help achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,therefore the development of green finance has become a focal issue in Jilin Province.The current situation of green finance development in Jilin Province from three aspects was elaborated on,such as green insurance,green investment and green credit.Through the study of green finance in Jilin Province,it is found that there are currently problems such as incomplete green finance laws and regulations,lack of uniformity in green project recognition standards,need for further deepening of green finance incentive mechanisms,and a shortage of composite talents in green finance.Therefore,measures are proposed to improve green finance laws and regulations,unify green project recognition standards,deepen green finance reward mechanisms,and focus on cultivating green finance composite talents,in order to help Jilin Province achieve coordinated development of ecological environment and green economy.
