Impact of Digital Economy on High-quality Economic Development:Based on the Intermediary Perspective of Human Capital Structure Upgrading
The panel data of 30 provinces(Due to the lack of data,the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Tibet Autonomous Region,the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province),municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2011 to 2022 were selected to conduct an empirical test on the digital economy,the upgrading of human capital structure and the high quality of the economy.The results are as follows.The digital economy plays a positive role in promoting high-quality economic development and has a spatial spillover effect.The upgrading of human capital structure plays a positive intermediary role in the relationship between the digital economy and the high-quality development of the economy.There is significant regional heterogeneity in the promotion of high-quality economic development through the upgrading of human capital structure of digital economy.To this end,a series of policy suggestions are put forward,which provide a certain reference for the cultivation of regional talents.
