Current Status,Challenges and Policy Suggestions for the Development of Renewable Energy in China
The energy issues caused by the current international situation make is particularly important to achieve safe, economic and low-carbon energy development. As the world's largest energy producer and consumer,China's production growth rate is insufficient to compensate for consumption growth, and its overall dependence on oil and gas is relatively high.Vigorously developing renewable energy is an important means to improve China's energy self-sufficiency and optimize its energy structure.China has great potential for the development of renewable energy, but there are still four challenges, that is the lack of original, leading, and disruptive technologies in renewable energy terminal products, the gradual increase in comprehensive costs, insufficient development of renewable energy service chains, and inconsistent development plans for renewable energy. It is recommended to promote the rapid development of renewable energy from five aspects, such as financial policy, technological development, overall planning of the renewable energy market, strengthening of big data resource sharing, and comprehensive strengthening of international cooperation,in order to promote China's low-carbon development in energy security and economy.
