摘要

为提升航空公司的安全运行水平,采用熵权法对60份研究样本从核心胜任力、心理胜任力和作风胜任力三个维度构建飞行签派员岗位"画像"的评估模型,根据柯氏模型,从反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层四方面完成对飞行签派员岗位胜任力评估画像的建议.

Abstract

In order to improve the safety operation level of airlines,entropy weight method was used to construct the evaluation model of flight dispatcher post"portrait"from three dimensions of core competency,psychological competency and style competency for 60 research samples.According to Kirkpatrick Model,the recommendations of flight dispatcher post competency evaluation portrait were completed from four aspects of reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer.
