Safety Construction Risks of Urban Water Supply and Drainage Enterprises in the Greater Bay Area
In order to reduce safety accidents caused by non-standard management in enterprises, taking a water company in Shenzhen as an example, based on the safety management evaluation data of the company in 2022,the potential risks of the existing safety production standardization system in water supply and drainage enterprises were analyzed. The PDCA cycle theory was used to classify factors and construct a hierarchical structure model. The IAHP entropy weight method was used to determine 15 evaluation indicators and their weights. On this basis, the effectiveness of safety production standardization construction was evaluated through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The research results indicate that the IAHP entropy weighting method can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of a single weighting method, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method provides a more objective and reasonable risk level evaluation. The evaluation system can further improve safety production management.
