General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the term"new quality productivity"during his visit to Heilongjiang,pointing out that it was necessary to integrate scientific and technological innovation resources to lead the development of strategic emerging industries and future industries.The connotation of new quality productivity was condensed,the development trend of future industrial innovation was pointed out,the internal logic of new quality productivity and future industrial innovation and development was explained.Some suggestions are proposed as that the formation of new quality productivity to promote the innovation and development of future industries needs to strengthen the top-level design of future industries,guide the development of future industry clusters,give full play to the value of reuse of new factors of production,push forward the synergistic innovation of standards and intellectual property rights,increase the source of technology and the reserve of new infrastructure,and play the main role of enterprise science and technology innovation,and give full play to the role of enterprises as the main body of scientific and technological innovation.
