The conversion of scientific and technological achievements holds significant importance in advancing scientific and technological research and development,as well as facilitating industrial integration,thereby fostering high-quality economic development.Identifying the pivotal factors in the conversion of scientific and technological achievements plays a crucial role in the successful realization of such conversions.The process of executing the conversion of scientific and technological achievements was delved,while underscoring the paramount influence of the subjective factor of the enterprise's internal capabilities.By integrating practical cases of enterprise technology development,three key internal factors essential to the conversion of scientific and technological achievements were identified,specifically technical feasibility,assessment of commercialization potential,market demand,and alignment with scientific and technological achievements.The impacts of three key external factors,namely domestic substitution,financial backing,and intellectual property protection,on the conversion of scientific and technological achievements were examined.Subsequently,relevant data was gathered through a questionnaire survey for quantitative analysis.Lastly,the future development trajectory of the conversion of scientific and technological achievements is forecasted,along with providing theoretical foundations and strategies to aid in the transformation and innovation of scientific and technological achievements in the future.
