加强黄河流域的生态保护水平,是推动黄河流域高质量发展、实现人与自然和谐共生的必由之路.基于黄河流域2006-2020年9省份的数据,从生态现状、压力、响应3个维度构建生态保护水平综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法进行测算.结果表明,2006-2020年流域生态保护水平整体上呈上升趋势,但各省份差异明显;上游生态保护水平明显高于中下游地区,青海和四川处于领先地位.因此,加强下游地区生态保护,加大生态治理与修复,提高资源利用效率等.
Measurement and Evaluation of Ecological Protection Level in the Yellow River Basin
Strengthening the ecological protection level of the Yellow River Basin is the only way to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin and realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Based on the data of nine provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to 2020,a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological protection level in the Yellow River Basin was constructed from three dimensions,such as ecological status,ecological pressure and ecological response,and the entropy method was used to calculate the ecological protection level.The results show that the ecological protection level of the basin is on the rise from 2006 to 2020,but the difference is obvious among provinces.The ecological protection level in the upper reaches is obviously higher than that in the middle and lower reaches,Qinghai and Sichuan are in the leading position,and Ningxia has the lowest ecological protection level.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of ecological protection,including to strengthen the ecological protection in the downstream area,strengthen the ecological management and restoration,and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
