随着建筑信息模型(building in formation modeling,BIM)技术的日益成熟,基于BIM技术进行绿色建筑设计分析已成为业界的主流趋势.以周口市淮阳建业桂园四期项目为例,开展采光、光伏和风环境分析.结果表明,在采光强度过高区域采用遮阳型low-e玻璃来降低透光率和提高红外线反射率,采光情况较差区域设置导光管,优化后采光分析优于国家标准.建筑光伏改造在全寿命周期可实现减排二氧化碳5 347.95 t并带来241.73万元的经济收益.在主导风向方向进行绿化挡风设计,以此减弱主导风向对建筑的影响并进一步实现可持续发展.
Performance Analysis of Green Buildings Based on BIM Technology:Taking the Fourth Phase of Huaiyang Jianye Guiyuan Project in Zhoukou City as an Example
With the increasing maturity of BIM technology,the analysis of green building design based on BIM technology has become the mainstream trend in the industry.Taking Huaiyang Jianye Guiyuan Phase 4 project in Zhoukou City as an example,the analysis of lighting,photovoltaic and wind environment was carried out.The result shows that the shading low-e glass is used to reduce the light transmittance and improve the infrared reflectivity in the area with high lighting intensity,and the light guide is set in the area with poor lighting condition.The lighting analysis after optimization is better than the national standard.The building photovoltaic transformation can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 5347.95 tons and bring 2.417,300 million economic benefits in the whole life cycle.Greening and windproofing are designed in the dominant wind direction to reduce the influence of the dominant wind direction on the building and further achieve sustainable development.
