从最新兴起的电动垂直起降飞行器(eVTOL)的市场需求、型号需求、技术需求出发,突破传统航空整机复合材料机体结构研制长周期、高成本的制约,研究并总结了一条新的技术路线和管理路线.该路线通过创造性地应用"成本可负担"和"效率与质量的平衡"的理念,综合了复合材料选材、结构设计、结构验证、制造工艺、成型模具和装配工装、质量检验、项目管理等环节的调整策略和措施.实践证明,在保证载人飞行器安全性和功能性的前提下,应用该路线降低了型号的设计-制造-验证成本,缩短了型号研制开发的时间.该路线为全球范围内eVTOL型号的爆发式增长提供了技术和管理方面的实现手段和有效途径.
New Concept and Practices of Composite Airframe Development on Electric Vertical Take-off and Landing Aircraft
Based on the market demand,type demand and technical demand of the latest electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft(eVTOL),a new technical route and management route toward the development of composite airframe structures were studied and summarized,the constraints of long cycle and high cost of traditional aviation industry were broken through.Through the application of"affordable cost"and"balance between efficiency and quality"concepts,these measures of composite material selection,structure design,structure verification,manufacturing process were integrated,mold and assembly tooling,quality inspection,project management as the adjustment strategies were formed.It has been proved in engineering practice that,ensuring the safety and functionality of manned aircraft,application of this route helps reduce"design-manufacturing-verification"cost and shorten model development time.This route provides an effective and realistic way both in technic and management to meet the explosive growth of eVTOL models worldwide.
