Employee Perceived and Self-Regulated Learning Capabilities and Sustainable Business Model Innovation:Chain Mediation Effects Based on Big Data Capabilities and Organizational Agility
The new stage of rapid development of digital economy is driving the innovation and change of business models.The impact of employee perception and self-regulation learning capability on sustainability business model innovation was analyzed.The results show that employee perception and self-regulation learning capability positively affect sustainability business model innovation,big data capability and organizational agility also show significant mediating effects,and form the path of employee perception and self-regulation learning capability →big data capability → organizational agility → sustainability business model innovation Mechanism.On this basis,the differentiated subjects'different influence paths on the mediating effect and the influence path of business model are further investigated.
