The policy of technologically advanced service enterprises is an important innovation in promoting the service industry towards a technological and advanced direction.The changes and evolutionary logic of the policy for technology advanced service enterprises was systematically reviewed from three stages of encouraging exploration,gradually piloting,and comprehensive promotion.Based on the perspective of"enterprise—resource—cluster",the driving force and mechanism of the policy for technology advanced service enterprises was explored.On this basis,the problems in the implementation of policies for technologically advanced service enterprises were analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to optimize the science and technology policy system,enhance the supply of innovation factors,and create a good innovation ecosystem.
