Willingness and Influencing Factors of Farmers' Land Transfer in Ethnic Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Kashgar Region
Taking farmers in 12 county-level administrative regions in Kashgar,Xinjiang as the research object,323 questionnaires were screened out,17 variable factors were screened out,and a binary logistic regression model was established.It is found that farmers in Kashgar have a strong willingness to transfer land,and more than half of farmers are willing to transfer land.From the regression results,cultural level,national language level,family working population,and whether they have migrant work experience are important factors affecting the willingness of land transfer.Suggestions are put forward to promote land transfer in Kashgar from the aspects of improving the transfer of surplus labor force,strengthening the publicity of land transfer policy,and improving the national language level of farmers.
