Digital Inclusion Design of Public Libraries Serving People with Disabilities
In order to reduce digital inequality in modern society,promote the social integration of vulnerable groups in digital applications,the concept of digital inclusion has been developed.As a new demand for the development of The Times,digital inclusion has attracted the attention of the digital vulnerable groups in theory and practice,and the disabled people with weak participation in digital inclusion have become the focus.Based on the digital inclusion elements affecting the disabled,and investigating the matching degree of the corresponding services provided by the public libraries,the digital inclusion design of the public libraries for the disabled was conducted.The results show that public libraries have made outstanding contributions in self-support and digital ability cultivation,special service supply and knowledge environment guarantee.However,there are deficiencies.Therefore,a new design of digital inclusion is proposed in information security norms,advanced digital skills and digital literacy training to promote digital inclusion for the disabled.
