Research on Financial Support for Agricultural Technology Innovation in Sichuan Province
Technological innovation is the endogenous driving force behind China's economic growth,and the development of agriculture cannot be separated from investment in science and technology.Continuous and stable financial support requires the role of finance.The rapid development of China's financial industry is closely related to the continuous funding support for technological innovation,effective transmission of internal market information,optimized allocation of resources,and continuous improvement of technological innovation efficiency.As a major agricultural province,agriculture plays an important role in all industries in Sichuan Province.The current situation of agricultural technological innovation and financial support in Sichuan Province were analyzed.By constructing relevant indicators for agriculture,technological innovation,and finance,the Cobb Douglas production function model and scientific research output efficiency production function model were established.After selecting panel data from 21 prefecture level cities and autonomous prefectures in Sichuan Province for empirical analysis and testing,it is found that finance has a significant positive impact on agricultural technological innovation in Sichuan Province,and corresponding suggestions are proposed.
