The current research and development status of fresh agricultural products in Anhui Province both domestically and internationally were reviewed.By consulting relevant materials and combining the principles of indicator selection,three input indicators involving human,material,and financial resources,as well as two output indicators,were selected to construct an evaluation system for the efficiency of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Anhui Province.Panel data from 2015 to 2022 was selected,and DEAP2.1 software was used to evaluate and analyze the efficiency of cold chain logistics transportation of fresh agricultural products in Anhui Province from 2015 to 2022.Based on the analysis results,strategies to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Anhui Province are proposed,including strengthening government policy support,strengthening the reserve of cold chain logistics talents,and consolidating the infrastructure of cold chain logistics.
