With the accelerated evolution of the great changes unseen in a century and the in-depth development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,profound changes are taking place in the paradigm of industry-university-research(IUR)collaboration.The deep integration of industry-university-research,with enterprises as the mainstay,has become a crucial guarantee for China's modernization construction and the establishment of a new national innovation system.The dialectical relationship between industry-university-research cooperation and university-affiliated enterprises,as well as the mechanism of how the deep integration of industry-university-research contributes to the high-quality development of university-affiliated enterprises,was analyzed.It elaborates on the win-win approach and measures from perspectives such as building a long-term mechanism for deep IUR integration,strengthening the dominant position of university-affiliated enterprises,and increasing policy support and investment.Valuable insights are provided for propelling the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and hastening the formation of new quality productive forces.
