Influence Effect of New Infrastructure on the Industrial Transformation of Resource-based Cities in the Yellow River Basin
Based on the panel data of resource cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2013 to 2022,construct the evaluation index system of new infrastructure and industrial structure transformation was constructed, and TOPSIS-entropy method was used to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution trend of industrial structure transformation, then the spatial spillover effect of new infrastructure on resource cities in the Yellow River Basin was analyzed by constructing the spatial Durbin model. The results show that the industrial transformation and new infrastructure development level of resource cities in the Yellow River Basin present the spatial and temporal characteristics of"low in the west and high in the east",and in recent years, there is a trend of reverse intensification of the industrial structure transformation.Improving the development level of the new infrastructure can empower the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure, but there is an obstacle to the development of the new infrastructure in the neighboring cities on the transformation of the industrial structure in the city. Therefore, the local government should take into account the characteristics of the region itself, coordinate the planning, and give full play to the role of inter-regional support to strengthen the construction of new infrastructures.
