Impact of Tripartite Game Theory on the Sustainable Development of Prefabricated Buildings
Compared with traditional buildings, prefabricated construction is considered to be an effective way to improve the environmental performance and sustainable development of the construction industry. However, there are obstacles to the development of prefabricated buildings, and the two main factors of consumers and the government directly affect the decision-making of prefabricated building developers. In order to analyze the dynamic relationship between the three major stakeholders-government,consumers,building developers and their dynamic behavior strategies.A tripartite game model was established to analyze data from different scenarios to illustrate the decision-making behavior of the three parties,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for this,so as to provide insights for the sustainable development of today's prefabricated buildings.
