Construction Risk Factors of Super High-rise Buildings Based on AHP
Using the H super high-rise commercial complex project as an example, the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)method was employed to evaluate the risk factors associated with the construction of super high-rise buildings. The evaluation index system established encompasses five main categories of risk factors currently faced in such construction projects:human, mechanical equipment, materials, management and technology and environment.Through the AHP method, the comprehensive weights of each index were calculated and evaluated. The analysis of the evaluation results indicates that the criterion-level index weights are ranked in descending order as follows:environmental risk factors, material risk factors, mechanical equipment risk factors, management and technology risk factors, and human risk factors. Finally, based on the results derived from the AHP analysis, specific risk control measures are proposed to accurately address the risks encountered during the construction phase of super high-rise buildings, thereby enhancing the risk management efficiency of the construction party.
