Evaluation of Land Use Efficiency Based on Different Types of Urban Rail Stations
Different types of rail transit stations have different developing goal,therefor the evaluation of surrounding land use efficiency should be different for different types of rail transit stations.Firstly,the classification of rail stations and the corresponding characteristics of land use was clarifed.Secondly,seven evaluation indexes were selected from three dimensions,such as land use,transportation system and service level.The weights of evaluation indexes of different types of rail transit stations were quantified by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the specific indicators and comprehensive indicators of different types of station can be calculated.Finally,taking Chongqing Liyuchi station as an example,the comprehensive benefits of land development around public service residential sites were evaluated and analyzed.The research method aims to provide reference for the comprehensive evaluation of land development efficiency for different types of urban rail stations.
