Using Cite Space 5.7.R2 and Note Express software,data visualization was employed to generate collaborative networks,co-occurrence and clustering knowledge maps.The research hotspots and trends in the field of transformative leadership in China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)from 2012 to 2022 were systematically reviewed by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.The findings indicate that research on transformative leadership has shown a gradual upward trend,peaking in 2017.As a key capability for enhancing organizational performance,the demand for research on transformative leadership has grown with the increase in economic and social challenges.Future research should focus on the field of digital innovation,integrate with current political hot topics such as rural revitalization and expand the data sources to include more international perspectives.
