Under the strategic framework of building a powerful country with talents,the innovation enthusiasm stimulation of scientific and technological talents in China was analyzed.The CiteSpace analysis method was used to conduct quantitative analyses such as publication volume,co-occurrence networks of authors and institutions,keyword co-occurrence knowledge mapping,and the evolutionary paths of main subjects in Chinese social science journals in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 2000 to December 2023.Additionally,the literature in the subdivided fields was reviewed such as the innovation motivation of scientific and technological talents,international comparison of stimulating the innovation vitality of scientific and technological talents,analysis and evaluation of the innovation vitality of scientific and technological talents in China,and the policy effects of stimulating the innovation vitality of scientific and technological talents in China.A research basis is provided for stimulating the innovation vitality of scientific and technological talents and promoting China to build a powerful country in science and technology.
