Overseas Integration Development Model of China's Engineering Construction Industry:A Case Study Based on the Market Expansion of C Company in United Arab Emirates
Taking the business expansion practice of Company C in United Arab Emirates as the example,an exploratory single case study method was used to explore the process mechanism of its successful overseas market expansion from the perspective of resources,relationships and values.The study found that Company C implemented an overseas integrated development model of resource integration,relationship harmony and interest compatibility,which helped it achieve a leapfrog overseas market expansion from"going out"to"going up".The research results?can provide a reference for the high-quality international development of domestic engineering construction enterprises.
