Evaluation of Green Airport Based on BWM-VIKOR Model
With the continuous expansion of the number and scale of airports in China, issues such as excessive energy consumption and adverse environmental impacts have been triggered. However, current evaluation studies on green airports mainly focus on the operational stage, and comprehensive evaluations of green airports throughout their lifecycle have not been thoroughly researched. Therefore,an evaluation index system for green airports was constructed from a life-cycle perspective. The best-worst method(BWM)and further applies the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR)method were used to comprehensively assess actual airports,in order to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of current airports in the green development stage. The research indicates that high-quality construction and development of green airports require a focus on resource conservation, environmental friendliness, health, comfort, and operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle, thereby achieving sustainable development of airports.
