京津冀地区建筑业新质生产力发展水平测度

为评价建筑业新质生产力发展水平,以京津冀2014-2022年建筑业数据为样本,基于新质生产力理论,围绕高效益、高科技、高质量指标构建了水平测度指标体系,并利用熵值法和耦合协调度进行了定量分析,揭示了区域间建筑业新质生产力发展水平的差异.结果表明:2014-2022年,京津冀建筑业新质生产力的发展水平整体上均呈上升趋势;北京发展水平较高,天津次之,河北相对较低;2022年北京的评分比2014年增长近4.7倍,天津增长1.75倍,河北增长5.0倍;2014-2022年的京津冀建筑业耦合协调等级在不断提高,逐渐趋向均衡、协调发展.最后,从不同维度提出了建筑业新质生产力的发展路径,以期促进建筑业高质量发展.
Measurement of the Development Level of New Quality Productivity in the Construction Industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region
To evaluate the development level of new quality productivity in the construction industry,construction data from Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei between 2014 and 2022 was analyzed.Based on the theory of new quality productivity,a measurement index system focusing on high-efficiency,high-technology,and high-quality indicators was constructed.Quantitative analyses were conducted using the entropy value method and the degree of coupling coordination to reveal regional differences in the development level of new quality productivity within the construction industry.The results indicated that from 2014 to 2022,the development level of new quality productivity in the construction industry in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei exhibits an overall upward trend.Beijing shows the highest development level,followed by Tianjin,with Hebei lagging behind.By 2022,Beijing's rating has increased nearly 4.7 times compared to 2014,Tianjin's rating increases by 1.75 times,and Hebei's rating increases by 5.0 times.Additionally,the coupling coordination grade of the construction industry in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei from 2014 to 2022 demonstrats a gradual increase,converging towards balanced and coordinated development.Finally,various development paths for new quality productivity in the construction industry are proposed,aiming to promote high-quality development within the sector.
