Based on the panel data of 58 new energy listed companies from 2012 to 2021,a fixed effect model was constructed to investigate the role mechanism and impact effect of technological innovation on the high-quality development of new energy enterprises.It is found that technological innovation directly promotes the high-quality development of new energy enterprises,and organizational resilience plays a partial mediating role in it.Intelligent transformation plays a positive moderating role between technological innovation and organizational resilience.The heterogeneity analysis shows that technological innovation promotes the high-quality development of new energy enterprises in non-state-owned and eastern regions more obviously.
