The impact of digital economy on employment is a frontier and hot issue in current academic research.It is found that current academic research on the impact of the digital economy on employment mainly unfolds from five aspects:employment scale,employment structure,employment methods,employment quality,and employment security.Overall,related research has achieved fruitful results,but a systematic and unified analytical framework has not yet been formed,and there are also differences and even contradictions among the research conclusions.In the future,further in-depth exploration of the results and mechanisms of the impact of the digital economy on employment from multiple perspectives should be carried out,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for promoting full employment of the labor force and better leveraging the driving role of the digital economy.
