Evaluation of China's Food Security Policy Based on PMC Index Model
As the key research object of the issue of"agriculture, rural areas and farmers",the food security policy directly determines the implementation effect of each policy by whether its formulation is in line with the reality, comprehensive and meticulous. In order to objectively evaluate China's food security policy and put forward reasonable suggestions, the PMC(policy modeling consistency)index model was used to quantitatively analyse 10 policy samples. The results show that among the sampled policy samples,no policy has reached the"perfect"level.Except for policy P9,all other policies are at a passing and good level, which shows that the overall design of China's food security policy is relatively scientific and reasonable, but there is still some room for improvement.Policies at all levels are in policy timeliness, policy function and the three aspects of policy guarantee are poor performance, which is the main direction of future policy adjustment and optimisation.
