民办高校国际贸易产教融合育人机制——基于教育生态系统理论

当前民办高校国际贸易育人存在人才培养适应性不足、校企合作缺乏深度融合、国贸人才缺乏行业和地方特色、体制机制不健全等问题.构建教育生态系统理论,即内部教学创新微观系统、校企合作深度融合中观系统、产业升级创新外观系统和政府统筹协调的宏观系统,从微观、中观、外观、宏观4个层面,深入剖析产教融合育人机制的层次结构及功能,促进产教融合发展新生态,实现民办高校国际贸易产教融合育人可持续发展.
Mechanism of International Rrade,Industry-education Integration in Private Colleges:Based on the Theory of Education Ecosystem
International trade education in private colleges face some problems currently,such as insufficient adaptability in talent cultivation,lack of deep integration of school enterprise cooperation,lack of industry and local characteristics in international trade talents,and inadequate institutional mechanisms.An ecosystem theory is constructed,namely,a microsystem for internal teaching innovation,a mesosystem for deep integration of school enterprise cooperation,an industrial upgrading and innovation exosystem,and a macrosystem for government coordination and coordination,and an international trade education ecosystem for industry-education integration is constructed.The hierarchical structure and functions of the education mechanism for the integration of production and education were analyzed from four aspects:microsystem,mesosystem,exosystem and macrosystem,in order to promote the integration of industry and education to develop a new ecosystem,and realize the sustainable development of international trade,industry-education integration in private colleges.
