Scientific Research Efficiency Analysis of Agricultural and Forestry Universities in China Based on Three-stage DEA Model
The evaluation of scientific research efficiency is of great significance to the development of agriculture and forestry colleges.Taking 32 agricultural and forestry universities in China as the research object,the evaluation index system of scientific research efficiency was constructed,and the three-stage DEA(data envelopment analysis)model was used to analyze the influencing factors and related countermeasures of scientific research efficiency in agricultural and forestry universities in China.The results show that the estimation effect of the three-stage DEA model is more reasonable than that of the traditional DEA model,and the scale efficiency value is generally improved.The scale efficiency of 53％of universities is lower than that of the first stage,indicating that scale efficiency hinders the improvement of their scientific research efficiency.The research results can provide a reference for optimizing the allocation and management of scientific research resources in agricultural and forestry universities.
