基于三阶段DEA模型的中国农林类高校科研效率分析

科研效率评价对农林类高校发展具有重要意义.以中国32所农林类高校为研究对象,构建科研效率评价指标体系,并利用三阶段数据包络分析(DEA)模型分析中国农林类高校科研效率影响因素及相关对策.结果表明:三阶段DEA模型估计效果比传统DEA模型合理,规模效率值总体有所提升;53%的高校规模效率值相较第1阶段降低,表明规模效率阻碍了其科研效率值的提高.研究结果可为优化农林类高校科研资源分配和管理提供参考.
Scientific Research Efficiency Analysis of Agricultural and Forestry Universities in China Based on Three-stage DEA Model
The evaluation of scientific research efficiency is of great significance to the development of agriculture and forestry colleges.Taking 32 agricultural and forestry universities in China as the research object,the evaluation index system of scientific research efficiency was constructed,and the three-stage DEA(data envelopment analysis)model was used to analyze the influencing factors and related countermeasures of scientific research efficiency in agricultural and forestry universities in China.The results show that the estimation effect of the three-stage DEA model is more reasonable than that of the traditional DEA model,and the scale efficiency value is generally improved.The scale efficiency of 53%of universities is lower than that of the first stage,indicating that scale efficiency hinders the improvement of their scientific research efficiency.The research results can provide a reference for optimizing the allocation and management of scientific research resources in agricultural and forestry universities.
