企业进行车间设施布局优化对于提升整体运营效率、降低物流成本至关重要.为优化车间设施布局,对车间内各个作业单位间的物流量和运输距离进行分析,建立以物流成本最小化为目标函数的数学模型,并应用粒子群算法(PSO)进行求解,应用某印刷车间作为案例,验证该方法的有效性.研究结果表明,优化后的车间实施布局较原始车间布局物流成本下降11.26%,降低了企业的经营成本,证明了该模型对于解决车间设施布局问题的有效性.
Optimisation of Workshop Facility Layout Based on Particle Swarm Algorithm
Optimising the layout of workshop facilities is essential for enterprises to improve overall operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.In order to optimize the layout of workshop facilities,the material flow and transport distance between each operating unit in the workshop were analysed,a mathematical model with the minimization of logistics cost as the objective function was established,and the particle swarm algorithm(PSO)was applied to solve the problem,and applies a certain printing workshop as a case study to validate the validity of the method.The research results show that the optimised workshop implementation layout reduces the logistics cost by 11.26%compared with the original workshop layout,which reduces the operating cost of the enterprise and proves the effectiveness of the model for solving the workshop facility layout problem.
