基于无损检测技术的高速公路改扩建旧路面处治决策体系——以广珠东线高速改扩建项目为例

早期修建的高速公路因无法满足持续增长的交通量需求而陆续开展改扩建.如何快速、准确地评估旧路状况,针对不同段落路面具体需求,系统性开展处治修复,是当前业内一大难题.依托广珠东线高速改扩建项目开展试验研究,通过无损检测技术手段收集旧路面表里损伤状况数据,分析不同车道、层位的路面损坏特征与机理,并结合具体段落的路面结构修复需求,建立旧路处治决策体系.依据决策体系开展了旧路处治,经评估,经过处治修复后的旧路状况满足设计功能需求,验证了该决策体系兼具经济性与实施效果.
Decision-making System of Old Pavement Treatment in Highway Reconstruction and Expansion Based on Non-destructive Testing Technology:Taking the Guangzhu East Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project as an Example
Due to the inability to meet the continuous growth of traffic demand,the expressways built in the early stage have been continuously rebuilt and expanded.How to quickly and accurately evaluate the old road conditions and systematically carry out treatment and repair according to the road surface demand is a major problem in the industry.Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Guangzhu East Expressway,the experimental research was carried out.The data of pavement surface and interior damage was collected by non-destructive testing technology.The characteristics and mechanism of pavement damage in different lanes and layers were analyzed.Combined with the functional repair requirements of different lanes and sections,the decision-making system of old road treatment was established.The project carried out the old road treatment according to the decision-making system.After evaluation,the old road structure has been repaired and improved to varying degrees according to the demand,which verifies that the decision-making system has both economy and implementation effect.
