Spatial Pattern and Influencing Factors of High Quality Development in China's Provincial Construction Industry
China is in a transitional period from rapid development to high-quality development, and studying the high-quality development of construction industry has important practical significance.Entropy weighted TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)model was used to measure the development level of China's construction industry, and came to the conclusion that the overall level was not high, showing a phenomenon of"high in the east and low in the central-western regions".Then,SBM(slack based measure)model of unexpected output was applied to analyze the difference between quality and efficiency, and it is found that the overall efficiency was not high, with a reverse growth trend during the 12th Five Year Plan and a stable intermediate coupling-coordinated development trend during the 13th Five Year Plan.Following that,Moran index was adopted to analyze the spatial agglomeration effect, and reached the conclusion that the"strong+strong, weak+weak"agglomeration phenomenon was prominent in space.Furthermore, the Durbin model was used to analyze the impact of spatial pattern, and got the result that in terms of self impact, the enterprise's business operation and personnel level had an inhibitory effect, while in terms of spillover effect, the level of economic development showed a significant negative correlation, and in terms of overall effect, the economic development and business operation had a inhibitory effect. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen supply-side structural reform, promote regional coordinated development and cultivate mathematical intelligence talents.
