Mechanical Properties of the Steel Diaphragm in the Prefabricated T-beam Bridge:Taking Taishun Samsung Bridge as an Example
In view of the shortcomings of the concrete diaphragm in the prefabricated T beam bridge,such as misalignment and cracking,which affect the normal service life of the girder bridge,and the inconvenient operation of the welded steel diaphragm in the construction and the inability to install quickly,a new type of steel diaphragm with bolt hinge was designed,and the transverse force transmission performance of the new steel diaphragm was explored through the ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation method based on the actual engineering.The results show that the newly designed steel beam can not only solve the problems of wrong platform and cracking of concrete beam,but also has the characteristics of fast installation and reduced workload.
