Advanced Weakening and Blasting Treatment of the X45 Collapse Column of the 3307 Working Face of Wangpo Mine
In order to address the issue of coal miner passing the collapse column for Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo coal mine 3307 comprehensive mining face,the deep hole loose blasting over-weakening program is proposed combined with X45 collapse column site profile.The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the collapse column blasting fissure expansion process,and the deep hole loose blasting over-weakening program is validated by industrial testing.The results indicate that the collapse column can be significantly weakened after over-weakening of deep hole loose blasting,the loss rate of the pick was reduced by about 44%,and the propulsion speed of the shearer was increased by about 60%,which can largely improve the efficiency of coal mining.The study provides a reference for the design of similar deep hole loose blasting of collapse column.
