基于测量系统分析的减少显示屏镜面反射率测量不确定度方法

针对《机载电子平板显示器的光度和色度测量程序》(SAE ARP4260B—2019)4.3.6.2中规定的镜面反射率测试方法,搭建镜面反射率测试系统并构建镜面反射率测量结果不确定度评定的数学模型,依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1-2012)对所搭建的镜面反射率测试系统进行不确定度评定.通过对镜面反射率测量系统进行分析,深入研究重复性和再现性对测量结果造成偏差的来源并制定实施了改善对策以减小A类测量不确定度从而降低测量系统的合成标准不确定度.经评定,改善后反射率测试的合成标准不确定度相比改善前降低约14.29%,证明了测量系统分析制定的改善对策的合理性和有效性.此外,在典型应用案例中用到的优选矩阵图、因子筛选方法和改善对策,为今后进一步提高其他显示产品光学测试结果的准确度和可信度提供了一定的指导性依据.
Method to Reduce the Uncertainty of Display Specular Reflectance Measurement Based on Measurement System Analysis
According to the specular reflectance test method stipulated in 4.3.6.2 of Photometric and Chromaticity Measurement Procedures for Airborne Electronic Flat Panel Displays(SAE ARP4260B-2019),the specular reflectance test system was constructed and the mathematical model for the uncertainty assessment of the specular reflectance measurement results was constructed and the uncertainty assessment of the constructed specular reflectance test system was carried out in accordance with Measurement Uncertainty Assessment and Representation(JJF 1059.1-2012).By analyzing the specular reflectance measurement system,the sources of the deviation of the measurement results caused by repeatability and reproducibility were studied in depth,and the improvement countermeasures are formulated and implemented in order to reduce the class A measurement uncertainty and thus reduce the synthetic standard uncertainty of the measurement system.After the improvement,the synthetic standard uncertainty of the reflectance test was reduced by about 14.29%compared to the pre-improvement level,which proves the reasonableness and effectiveness of the improvement countermeasures formulated in the measurement system analysis.In addition,the preference matrix,factor screening method and improvement measures used in the typical application cases provide a certain guiding basis for further improving the accuracy and reliability of the optical test results of other display products in the future.
