摘要
强大种业是现代农业的基础保障,推动现代种业创新发展是促进广东现代种业高质量发展的重要举措.通过对广东现代种业创新发展现状进行分析发现:广东种业具备较强的产业和创新基础,但在创新资源、创新质量、产业链发展、企业规模、知识产权保护等方面存在不足.据此,提出构建企业为主的创新体系、推进核心技术攻关、畅通成果转化路径、加强知识产权保护等建议,为广东现代种业发展提供思路.
Abstract
Strong seed industry is the basic guarantee of modern agriculture,and promoting the innovation and development of modern seed industry is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of modern seed industry in Guangdong.Through the analysis of the current situation of modern seed industry innovation development in Guangdong,it is found that Guangdong seed industry has a strong industrial and innovation foundation,but there are still deficiencies in innovative resources,innovation quality,industrial chain development,enterprise size,and intellectual property protection.Based on this,suggestions are put forward to build an enterprise-oriented innovation system,promote core technology research,smooth the path of achievement transformation,and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,which provide ideas for the development of modern agriculture in Guangdong.
