复合式索穹顶结构温度效应研究

摘要
针对一种边界不等高椭圆形复合式索穹顶结构体系,制作了1∶15的缩尺模型,通过模型试验和ANSYS数值模拟分析,研究了温度作用下的脊索、斜索、环索索力以及结构位移响应,并将数值模拟与试验结果进行了对比分析,分析了出现误差的原因.在此基础上,分别考虑初拉力水平和外荷载水平,对温度作用下复合式索穹顶的结构响应进行了参数化分析.结果表明:适当提高初拉力水平能够降低结构对温度作用的敏感程度,但过大的初拉力水平对结构温度效应的影响不明显,反而会给节点承载力和构造提出更高的要求;适当增大外荷载可以降低结构对温度的敏感程度,但效果不明显,因此在工程中应首先考虑适当提高初拉力水平来降低温度效应的影响.
Abstract
For an oval hybrid cable dome structural system with unequal-height periphery,a 1∶15 scale model was made.Through model test and numerical analysis,the stresses of cables and displacement response of the structure under temperature effect were studied.The numerical results were compared with the experimental results.On this basis,parametric analyses were carried out on initial prestress level and external load level,respectively.Results indicated that increasing the initial prestress level properly could reduce the sensitivity of the structure to temperature effect,but excessive prestress level would put forward greater requirements for the joints.The increase of external load could only reduce the sensitivity of the structure to temperature effect slightly.Therefore,in order to reduce the influence of temperature effect in real project,the priority should be increasing the initial prestress level.
