摘要
对卢赛尔体育场钢结构卸载过程中应力应变监测系统进行详细论述,根据结构敏感性分析结果选取应力应变监测点位置,制定监测方案.采用振弦式应变计对结构关键应力进行数据采集,并根据数据采集结果进行结构安全分析与监测.传感器的数据平滑度和定性分析均说明,监测系统为正常工作状态;应力监控结果表明卸载安全可控,可为后续工程施工提供依据.
Abstract
In this paper,the stress-strain monitoring system in the de-propping process of Lusail Stadium steel structure is discussed in detail.According to the structural vulnerability analysis results,the location of stress-strain monitoring points is selected,and the monitoring scheme is formulated.The vibrating wire strain gauge is used to collect the key stress data of the structure,and the structural safety analysis and monitoring are carried out according to the data acquisition results.The data smoothness and qualitative analysis of the sensor show that the monitoring system is in normal working condition.The stress monitoring results show that the de-propping process is safe and controllable,which provides basis for the subsequent engineering construction.
