摘要
长三角(嘉善)金融创新中心超高层结构主体高度为181.050m,塔冠高度为199.450m,采用钢管混凝土框架-混凝土核心筒的混合结构体系.结构存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变等多项超限不规则项.采用抗震性能化设计,对结构进行多遇地震下的弹性反应谱法分析和弹性时程分析,并采用静力弹塑性分析考察结构在罕遇地震下的抗震性能.同时针对结构不规则项进行专项分析:采用弹性屈曲分析复核跃层柱长度系数,建立有限元模型验证梁柱节点可靠性,采用弹性楼板考虑结构转折点处水平力的影响.结果表明:结构满足设定的抗震性能目标.
Abstract
The structural height of Yangtze River Delta(Jiashan)Financial Innovation Center super high-rise building is 181.050m.The hybrid structural system of concrete filled steel tube frame-concrete core is adopted.The structure has a number of ultralimit irregularities such as torsional irregularities,floor discontinuities and sudden changes in stiffness.Seismic performance-based design is adopted,and the structure was analyzed by elastic response spectrum method and elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes.The deformation and base shear of the structure under rare earthquakes were investigated by static elastoplastic analysis.Special analyses were also conducted for structural irregularities.Elastic buckling analysis was used to review the length coefficients of leap-floor columns,finite element models were established to verify the reliability of beam-column joints,and elastic floor slabs were used to consider the influence of horizontal forces at structural turning points.The results show that the structure meets the seismic performance target.
