Abstract
As an important issue in manufacturing industries,inventory management has been extensively studied.But due to some uncertainties in production technology development and external environment,it has caused a lot of non-stationary characteristics.A lot of studies for inventory management are limited to stationary inventory,and the study for non-stationary has less achievements contrast to stable inventory.Demand for spare parts also having non-stationary,so this paper take the need of spare part as an example.
