Abstract
In order to know why organization needs change,it is suppose that the organization should handle the sensitive environment and capture the opportunities for change;and then identify what and who need change,evaluating the advantages and disadvantages thoroughly then make a deliberate plan;after that to win the resources and stakeholders which are the preconditions of making the change happen.
