Thoughts on strengthening faculty construction of Military Operations Research course
In order to improve the level of actual combat teaching of Military Operations Research instruc-tors,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the faculty of the Military Operations Research course,then analyzes the focus of improving the ability of the Military Operations Research instructors,namely the three abili-ties of knowing the combat,studying the combat,teaching the combat and practicing the combat,and finally pro-poses the measures and methods to strengthen the training of the three abilities of the faculty by taking the high-end war as the traction,the courage to innovate as the driving force,and the integration of theory and prac-tice as the starting point.Teaching practice shows that the proposed measures and methods are conducive to im-proving the level of actual combat teaching of Military Operations Research instructors,and have also increased the cadets'quantitative analysis ability of military problems and decision-making optimization ability,and that the teaching effect has been significantly boosted.
