高隔离三端口选通网络的研究与设计

随着星载合成孔径雷达(SAR)技术的发展,对隔离度、轻量化的要求越来越高.为满足SAR的需求,采用LTCC(低温共烧陶瓷)基板腔体结构和微组装技术,设计了一种新型高隔离的三端口选通网络,以实现SAR的定标功能.测试结果表明,端口隔离度优于105 dB,1 GHz带宽通道幅度平坦度小于1 dB,满足了设计要求.
Research and design on high-isolation three-port attenuation network
With the development of spaceborne synthetic aperture radar(SAR)technology,the requirement for isolation degree and lightweight is getting higher and higher.In order to meet the requirements of SAR,the LTCC(low temperature co-fired ceramic)substrate cavity structure and micro-assembly technology are used to de-sign a novel high-isolation three-port gating network,so as to achieve the calibration function of SAR.The test re-sults show that the port isolation degree is better than 105 dB,and the amplitude flatness of 1 GHz bandwidth channel is less than 1 dB,which meets the design requirements.
