Design of power amplifier in a small wireless Mesh monitoring terminal
In order to solve the problem that the size of the RF transceiver front-end of the general-purpose wireless Mesh monitoring terminal in the underground mine is too large,a design scheme for the RF transceiver front-end of small wireless Mesh monitoring terminal used in the underground mine is proposed. In the transmit-ting link of the RF transceiver front-end,the matching circuit design of microstrip lines mixed with lumped ele-ments is used for the driving power amplifier and the final power amplifier, which greatly reduces the circuit size. The size of the RF transceiver front-end prototype developed is only 98 mm×72 mm×17 mm.The test results show that the transmitter performance of the prototype reaches the design index, and that the miniaturization of the RF transceiver front-end is realized. The hybrid matching circuit design method proposed in this paper is effective.
