两个可调节传输零点的双频高效率功率放大器设计

为了解决矿井下多频无线终端中双频功率放大器极易干扰其他终端的难题,提出具有两个可调节传输零点的双频高效率功率放大器设计方法.该双频阻抗变换电路由解析的计算方式获得全部设计参数,同时可通过调节两个自由变量将全部的传输线特性阻抗参数调整到合适范围,另外还将二次谐波控制电路和两个传输零点产生电路融合到双频基波阻抗变换电路中.仿真结果表明,在0.7 GHz和2.6 GHz的最大功率附加效率为81.0%和71.5%;当输入功率分别为25.5 dBm和29.5 dBm时,在0.9 GHz和2.1 GHz两个频率相应的输出功率分别为-0.9 dBm和-22.9 dBm,从而验证了本文设计方法的有效性.
Design of dual-frequency high-efficiency power amplifier with two adjustable transmission zeros
In order to solve the problem that the dual-frequency power amplifier in the multi-frequency wire-less terminals easily interferes with other terminals in the mine,a design method of dual-frequency high-efficiency power amplifier with two adjustable transmission zeros is proposed.All the design parameters of the dual-frequen-cy impedance conversion circuit are obtained by analytical calculation,and at the same time,all the transmission line characteristic impedance parameters can be adjusted to the appropriate range by adjusting two free variables.In addition,the second harmonic control circuit and two transmission-zero generating circuits are fused into the dual-frequency fundamental wave impedance conversion circuit.Simulation results show that the maximum pow-er additional efficiency at 0.7 GHz and 2.6 GHz is 81.0%and 71.5%,and that when the input power is 25.5 dBm and 29.5 dBm,respectively,the corresponding output power at 0.9 GHz and 2.1 GHz is only-0.9 dBm and-22.9 dBm,respectively,thus verifying the validity of the design method in this paper.
