"3221"practice teaching mode of radar operation course for NCOs pre-selection training
In order to solve the practical teaching problems of radar operation courses,such as too many train-ees,insufficient equipment,too small cabins and short per capita practice time.Based on the teaching mode of"group practice",this paper combines with the teaching content of the course and adopts the method of"lead-ing-out to expand capacity"to realize external display of the equipment terminal interface,proposing the"3221"practice teaching mode of radar operation courses.The teaching practice shows that the proposed teaching mode in the paper expands the teaching capacity to a large extent,and also improves the teaching training effect.
